BEING MORE MINDFUL

Ellie Rome spent her entire life fighting a sugar addiction.  During college she developed an auto-immune disease forcing her to start an elimination diet.  It wasn’t until she gave up sugar that she started to feel better and become more productive.  Ellie didn’t realize how much brain fog she really had until it was gone.  She went on to become a Chemical Engineer and after a few years was guided to become a Health Coach to help others overcome their bad relationships with food.  She teaches her clients how to be more mindful and develop a healthy relationship with food which will transfer over to other areas of their life.
