In this episode I share how I went from debilitating anxiety, in and out of the hospital on various medications to a functioning, productive, creative entrepreneur.  With a lot of practice, I now have fun managing my anxiety. I am no longer worried as to when my next anxiety attack will strike.  You too can recognize the feelings and thoughts associated with anxiety and learn your triggers to stop a thought before it spirals out of control into a full-on anxiety attack. 



  1. Don’t allow doctors to practice medicine on your body, get in tune with yourself and be your own health practitioner.

  2. Worrying is like a rocking chair; it gives you something to do, but it doesn’t get you anywhere.

  3. Understand your thought patterns and catch your thoughts before they start the vicious anxiety cycle.

  4. Don’t push your thoughts out, listen to them, sit with them, just don’t go extreme with them.

  5. Learn your “middle” or “grey” area of thoughts in your head, with practice it can be a fun place to be.
